UTEST UTD Series Laboratory Ovens have been designed for drying asphalt, soil, rock, concrete, aggregate or similar materials. 50, 120, 250, 500 and 750 liter capacity models are available. Temperature range is from ambient to 200°C. The interior is manufactured from stainless steel and the exterior is robustly constructed from sheet steel finished in powder coated paint. All models are fan circulated (forced convection), fitted with direct reading digital control unit and equipped with PID digital control system, isolated double wall construction, gasket single door and heating elements designed into air channels.

All imported sieves supllied with a manufacturers certificate of conformity including: mesh size, two way standart deviation, standart information, product serial code and date for traceability, Each sieve is manufactured according to quality assurance system procedures with using high quality materials. During production stage wire mesh is controlled by optical projection method or advanced computer scanning methods. After precise measurements sieves with verified mesh openings and diameter sizes are certified by manufacturer. Woven Wire Mesh Sieves Wire mesh sieves are produced according to ASTM, ISO and BS standarts. Sieves are manufactured at 3”, 8”, 12”, 18” our 38 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 315 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, 450 mm diameters depending on related standard and mesh opening between 38 μm and 125 mm. Perforated Plate Sieves Perforated plate sieves are widely used different parts of the industry. Perforated plate sives can be supplied with square holes between 4 mm and 125 mm mesh openings, round holes between 4 mm and 125 mm mesh openings, with braas or stainless steel frame and 200, 300, 450 mm diameters. Washing Sieves Washing sieves are used to extract the specimen with wet sieving method without any material loss. Washing sieves supplied with 8”, 200 mm, 18 inç or 450 mm diameters and 4”, 100 mm, 12 inch and 300 mm depths, with braas or stainless steel frames. Pan and Cover Pan and covers can be supplied with brass or stainless steel frames with 3”, 8”, 12”, 18”, 38 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 315 mm, 350 mm, 400mm, 450 mm diameters.

Woven Wire Cloth and Perforated Plate Sieves are supplied in 200 mm and 300 mm frame diameters in various nominal aperture sizes suitable for several applications and standards. Wet Washing Sieves are used for wet testing of various materials enabling to wash the fines through the sieve without losing any of the sample. Wet Washing Sieves are available in 200 mm diameter with 100 mm and 200 mm deep models. All parts of testing sieves are manufactured from stainless steel. Receiving Pans and Lids are available in stainless steel with 200 mm and 300 mm diameters.
The UTG-0311 and UTG-0312 Sieve Shakers impart a circular motion to the material being sieved so that it makes a slow progression over the surface of the sieve. They are equipped with a dynamic power source which ensures the right vibration is imparted to the sieves and sample for fast, accurate and reproducible tests. The vertical movement is fixed to ensure the sample spends maximum time on the sieve surface. The unique vibratory action also helps keep the apertures clear and free from binding. The UTEST Sieve Shakers are fitted with a very efficient clamping device that ensures sieves are held firmly without over-tightening and allows them to be quickly removed and replaced. The timer can be preset for any duration up to 60 minutes. The UTG-0312 model has the additional frequency adjustment property.
